Pathology, Body Weight, and Survival Tables for Peer Review
Pathology, body weight, and survival results of rodent toxicology studies for each test article are presented here following internal review by the NTP, including peer review of the pathology data by a Pathology Working Group (PWG). These data are reported in NTP report series including Toxicology (TOX) Reports of short-term (subchronic) studies, Technical Reports (TR) of long-term (chronic) studies, and results using Genetically Modified Models (GMM).
The table below contains test articles for which data from NTP studies are now available. The table also provides links to draft reports, as available, on these studies for the appropriate NTP series. Information about public peer review meetings is available at http://ntp.niehs.nih.gov/go/36047. The draft reports will undergo external peer review prior to publication. Following peer review and consideration of the comments, the NTP will prepare final reports and post them to the NTP website by report type, with the abstract webpage providing links to the final pathology, body weights, and survival results (Long Term, Short Term, Genetically Modified Models).
Note: The pathology data and graphs for body weights and survival posted on this website have not been formally evaluated or published by the NTP and should not be construed to represent any agency determination or policy.
*Note: These short-term tables were formerly under TOX 85. The long-term studies of Cimstar 3800 and Trim VX were not part of TOX-85.
